BULK BAG USE
A standard 3 or 6 mil. polyethylene liner can be used in bulk bags to prevent contamination and sifting of powders. Liners improve shelf life, contain odors, are waterproof and create good package appearance. Specialty films are offered for applications that need to withstand higher temperature, oxygen transmission, conductivity, vapor or moisture pick-up.      Empty bags can be used again with the insertion of a new liner and storage space is minimal in non-use stages.
Spouted liners give an extra degree of protection against contamination: TIED or HEAT SEAL ABLE (prevents dust and water and awkward gathering of the spout) TOP and/or BOTTOM SPOUTS (allows controlled filling as well as emptying) SPOUT IS INTEGRAL PART IF BAG BODY (will not separate from bag) NO INTERIOR POCKETS OR FOLDS (complete product evacuation) REUSABLE (bottom empty spout allows easy discharge & then can be tied off for further use) WILL NOT COLLAPSE (important especially during filling or discharging contents) EASY INSERTION OF NEW LINER FORM FIT (our liners will shape fit in bulk bags as well as other style bags and containers) Because of different customer requirements Form-Fit Liners come in assorted heights, widths, gauges, sizes and styles:

A great deal of testing and evaluating has been done in developing the proper film to match the intended use. Single-ply or multi-ply liners are available as well as special barrier films. Low density, high density, and rubber modified films can be used for moisture, heat or odor problems. Copolymer liners are available in cases where vacuum or gas barrier are required.
TAPE & SEWN and TAPE & TIED LINERS
These two attachable leak proof liner designs allow you to reuse the unsoiled bulk bag. These liners can be inserted into any style bulk bag and are easily filled and will not elongate out at the bottom of the bulk bag when product is discharged.       The patented Form-Fit liner works excellent with the patented tape-tab and sewn technique, which holds the liner permanently in place.       The patented tape-tab and tied design is also another excellent approach allowing a new liner to be inserted and tied into the bulk bag, allowing reuse of the outer bag.       Tabs may be placed in whatever position meets your requirements.
CONTAINER USE
When used in combination with containers, liners allow the container to be reused and eliminates the costly scraping out and cleaning needed for reusable containers.       When used with disposable containers, liners make the whole process tidier.       Our liners provide extra strength, stability, and protect against contamination. They serve as a moisture barrier, and are easily filled and emptied.       Form-Fit liners are especially suited for liquids and have proven their versatility in many shipping and storage applications.       Some of the materials used in the construction of containers we supply liners for are: Particle Board (Plywood) Fiber Board Corrugated Board Hard Plastic Metal

ROUND SQUARE RECTANGULAR HEXAGONAL OCTAGONAL
Form fitting liners are available in single, double, or triple wall bags. A 3 or 6 mil Linear Low Density material (LDPE) is standard, but any gauge is available depending on the desired protection.       Form-Fit liners are available in many sizes and shapes, with flexible spouts located on the top and/or bottom of the liner as illustrated above. Flexible spouts can be placed anywhere on the liner, including the sidewalls.
LIQUID LINERS
This leak proof liner is made of multiple layers of flexible poly film. We have done extensive testing and evaluating in developing the proper film use in our liquid program. The liner has passed NSTA laboratory tests as well as tests performed by our individual clients. Form-Fit Liquid Liners will fit into any shape, making them ideal for use in boxes, crates, barrels, cages, etc. 1.  No interior pockets or folds. Completely flat bottom and top. (Maximum product discharge from liner) 2.  Will round out or square up as needed. 3.  Fill spout length and diameter variable. (Several spout styles & closures available) 4.  Fill spout is integral part of liner body. (Will not separate from liner)
5.  Form fit feature allows the liners to be quickly inserted into any container. (Form-Fit Liners have proven to increase production speeds and quality) 6.  Spouts are offered in flexible "chimney style" or rigid "bung style" with screw-on-caps. Spouts can be placed anywhere on the liner. 7.  Optional sealed hanging tabs are available to prevent liner from sagging. (Break-away design will not damage liner) Height and width are variable. 5 to 350 gallon sizes. Special gauges and barrier films are available. bottom of liner can be reinforced where application requires it. USDA and FDA approved. Withstands up to 180 F.
